Step 1: 

Please send us an email including your contact details and a general description of the required service. 

Step 2: 

We will send you a brief questionnaire to outline the services required in detail (e.g. dates and locations for tour guiding, what type of itinerary you would like us to design, which type of consultancy service is required)

Step 3:

Once we have received the questionnaire, we will check availabilities and options. If you or our agency have any questions, we will arrange a video or WhatsApp call for to clarify the same.

Step 4:

We will now send you an offer, stating all details, pricing, terms and conditions, as well as responsibilities on either side.

Step 5:

When we do receive the acceptance of our offer in writing, the desired services will be executed

Step 6:

Once the services are executed, we will issue an invoice to your company, with the remaining payments to be made by your side.

Services for private clients

Step 1:

Step 6:

Services will be executed as soon as we have received your payment. Please keep in mind, we are a commercial support agency and not a classic tourist information.
